Q: Tips to install ourdoor bamboo fence
Make sure the poles won't directly contact with soil, leave 1" (2.5cm) space when installing it. Although bamboo fences are painted during manufacturing, it is always good idea to apply clear coat painting after you finishing installation to keep its color from turning dark.
Q: How to maintain outdoor bamboo products?
Over time with outdoor condition e.g. rain, snow and dusts, bamboo surface may lose color and turns dark. Wash it with pressure water or brush and apply clearcoat painting 2~3 time, your bamboo will return to natural looking and last longer.
Q: How to care indoor bamboo products?
Bamboo fiber are strong and dense than wood therefore for indoor use products, it is easy to clean, use wet cloth to clean surface then let it dry fully under good air circulation condition. Make sure the surface gets dry before use it to avoid molding
Q: Do you provide free samples?
Yes We can provide free samples for bamboo fabrics. However we charge minimum shipping fee. The fee would be refunded in any future orders. We can also provide high resolution pictures for bamboo furniture and gardening products.
Q: What is your minimum order?
The minimum order for bamboo fabric products (shades, placemats, rugs) is one 20' container.The minimum order for bamboo outdoor furniture and gardening products is US$5,000.
