Q: Do you provide free samples?
Yes We can provide free samples for bamboo fabrics. However we charge minimum shipping fee. The fee would be refunded in any future orders. We can also provide high resolution pictures for bamboo furniture and gardening products.
Q: What's your payment method?
L/C at sight; T/T (30% down, 70% before shipping); and D/P
Q: Is your price competitive?
Although we do not pursue the lowest price we guarantee the price from us would be very competitive. Our factory has large volume of production, which brings down manufacturing cost; we also keep minimum operation overheads. Therefore we can ensure maximum price benefit to our customers.
Q: What is your minimum order?
The minimum order for bamboo fabric products (shades, placemats, rugs) is one 20' container.The minimum order for bamboo outdoor furniture and gardening products is US$5,000.
Q: Your return and compensation policy?
A: We garantee our product quality. Due to charactors of natural material and also our products are hand made, you shall not expect them like the molded products. Some variance in e.g. color, sizes may occur. However at unlikely cases if you found our products bugs or fungus affected, please contact us within 30 days after the goods arrives your destination port.
